This week you received a letter regarding the new budget and the percentage increase. We noticed there was a typo in the percentage shown. The correct increase is 5.15%; however, the dollar amounts stated in the letter are accurate.

What's New
Please remember to test all smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector batteries twice per year for safety. 
  
Residents and their guests are reminded to adhere to our posted speed limits within our Village at all times. Violations of these regulations endanger the safety of all residents, children, and pets.
Please obey our driving regulations for the safety of all. Each court has a 10MPH speed limit.
